  • Medical School: At Aristotelion University of Thessaloniki, Greece from September 1984 to September 1990.
  • Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery in the Orthopaedic Department of Ioannina University Hospital from May 1995 to May 1999.
  • Since May 1999 until May 2000 I did my fellowship in the Sportsmedicine Field in Germany in the ATOS Klinikzentrum für Knie und Fusschirurgie (Center for Knee and Foot Surgery) in Heidelberg- Germany, headed by Dr. Hans Pässler and Professor Hajo Thermann.
  • From January 2001 until November 2001 I did my fellowship (in Upper extemity and Knee Arthroscopy) in the Orthopaedic Center of Mount Vernon IL, USA, (a center approved by the ISAKOS for fellowships in arthroscopic surgery) headed by Clinical Professor James C. Chow. 
  • From December 2001 to May 2007: Concultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, in the University Hospital of Larissa, (Orthopaedic Department), University of Thessalia Greece.
  • From May 2008 to present: Associate Professor in the University Hospital of Larissa, (Orthopaedic Department), University of Thessalia, Greece.
