Private Company Funds

International educational activities, seminars, and symposia the Orthopaedic Department of the University of Thessalia organized (23 in total), have been funded by various sponsors (through the Research Committee of the UTH):

Total budget:   € 220,000

That amount of money has been used as a funding source from which multiple expenses such as the speakers’ airfares, transfers to and from the congresses venues, and accommodation expenses have been covered. Furthermore, it covered renting for the congresses venues and audiovisual equipment, faculty dinners, programme print-outs, advertising, simultaneous translation support and organizing secretariat salaries.
